FAMILIA presents “Keep On Running”, a film by Sashinski

We wanted to celebrate the calming simplicity of a morning run, shown here as a carefully choreographed one-shot, filmed exclusively with a drone.

A special thanks to the fabulous cast who endured a bitterly cold but beautiful November day in Epping Forest. And to Benoit for always remaining calm and collected.

As the world gets more complicated, few things remain simple. Running is perhaps the simplest of them all.
